Who is Juno

Juno is an intense and rewarding environment. If you are equal doses smart and humble, and you never back down from a challenge, this is the place for you.

Navigates Change and Ambiguity
You should expect to find yourself in uncharted territory, and to be successful, you must be willing to discover the road and draw the map all at once.
Sense of Ownership
At our core, we are all doers who look for the opportunity to step up and contribute to the greater mission. We take accountability for our successes and failures, and step in to help others succeed. In sum: we all make the coffee.
Flexible Intellect
Where we’re going there are no roads. Complex problems demand critical thinking, an ability to quickly synthesize diverse inputs from others to solve problems, and identify the path forward.
Innovative and Creative
Generate new ideas to old and new problems, be willing to challenge the status quo and take well-informed risks among shifting priorities and deadlines. That how we’ll transform medicine.
Always Learning
New ideas require evolving perspectives. We are constantly striving to learn and improve in everything we do. Being curious and contributing to the conversation about the science and the impact on patients is critical.
Passionate, Optimistic Resilient
“Optimism is a force multiplier.” Something this big demands passion and perseverance. Part of succeeding is nurturing a positive environment that drives us to “Think Big” and “Deliver.”
Solves Complex Problems
Motivated in the face of complex challenges, we work backwards from the patient to urgently generate creative solutions within the context of the bigger picture.
Works Hard
The scale of our mission requires a lot of time, energy, and grit. The health of our patients depends on the integrity and commitment of each individual, their willingness to come together, close the loop, and “Deliver.”
